Howdy!

My name is Yvette Herrera.  This is my 27th year of teaching, all being in Aransas County. My first 4 years of teaching were in 3rd grade at Live Oak Elementary.  I then moved to Fulton Elementary and taught 5th grade math and science for 17 years.  I then taught math intervention for a year and I am now teaching 3rd grade special education.  I attended Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and graduated in 1998.  I have 2 beautiful daughters.  One is a Junior at Texas A&M-College Station.  My other daughter is a US Marine.  In my spare time I like to read and just hang out at home with my fur babies.  I love teaching and could not imagine doing anything else!
